Having list one Sena 10s I think they could do with having the release a little harder to knock accidently. I now use a remote control instead of the helmet buttons. I needed this to attach an existing 10s to a different helmet, so it is what you have to have to do it. Speakers and Mic work well. East to fit. Has everything in the box you need.

More than one helmet? Buy this.

Takes about 15 minutes to install. Take care with the connections as they are a bit delicate. The speakers fit most helmets but some (such as my new Shoei) have a smaller recess and the speaker doesn't fit too well. But it's ok. The choice of mike is helpful. I now have four of these on various helmets and they all work fine.

Saved buying a full headset for my spare helmet,
Speakers aren't the best in these older Sena's but tech moves on and these do the job if riding at a legal speeds and it's not too windy.
The unit still looses connection randomly even with latest firmware and Sena support is pretty poor. If they fixed this issue I'd buy more for my other Helmets but I can't see it, so I'll likely go with Cardo Systems in future

Second Helmet so can interchange

An ideal kit if you have a second helmet. It saves the cost of buying the full headset and it's super quick to change the the control unit from one helmet to the other. The kit has everything that the full kit has except the control unit. I Would recommend this if you already have a 10s headset, and a second helmet.

replacement unit

Great service and happy with SBS. Not so happy that I am needing to buy this whole set to replace a broken wire somewhere in the cable between the mic and the clamp unit. The wires are just too thin IMHO.

Second helmet = another base set

I have a 10s and wanted it to use on both helmets at minimum cost hence second base set. Fits both helmets (Shoei Air @ Arai Tour-X4) in a quality way. Great service from SBS.

I actually only wanted the sticky clap part so I could fit the headset into a new helmet. But for the extra £50 it costs for the whole helmet clamp kit - it was a no brainier.
A great idea that saves you money if you don't need to buy another 10S unit.
And as always a great service from SBS.
