TCX X-Five.4 Gore-Tex Boots - Black

Top quality construction, waterproof. Velcro closure enables boots to be worn over leather pants, or under jeans. All round excellent boots.

This is my third purchase of the same boots. My wife wears the women's version too. They are all-day comfortable. On tours we wear them every day for weeks.

Very happy with these boots, good fit with room around the top to allow movement and so far not let any rain in.

Well packaged and very prompt delivery. This was a replacement for the same boots that have finally given up after 5 years and 40,000 miles.

The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I haven't tried them in the wet yet, and so don't know if they are actually waterproof. But hey, they are Gortex, so they should be. Very comfortable, with insole provided. Good fit. What's not to like?

Bought these for my wife. She was very happy with the fit (true to size), and comfort, straight out of the box. Very comfortable both on and off the bike, she wishes she'd have bought some of these before our recent trip. Can't comment on how waterproof they are yet, but definitely top marks for comfort.

These are my second set of TCX boots. Last set lasted over ten years without issue. These feel quality. Nice touches with Velcro on zip to hold up. Nice thick sole. I always go size up and fit a sorbethane insole. Not tested in heavy rain yet but off on my yearly NC500 soon and I've no doubt they will be put through paces and perform brilliantly. Top brand at a good price.
