Excellent product tied with excellent service

The engine guard arrived on time and whilst installing it I managed to damage a couple of the bolts due to not using the correct tool.
I asked for replacement and was happy to pay for them ad it was my fault.
The replacement bolts were sent to me free of charge.
What more can you really ask from a supplier?
So I'd give them 10 out of 5 stars :)
