Rev'it Mantis Jacket - Black / Neon Yellow

I'm becoming a fan of Rev-it gear. This jacket is great quality and it just looks really well made. Sizing for me was spot on as per sizing chart. It is a warmer weather jacket but the water proof liner does help cutting out the wind on those chillier days. I can't see anyone being dissatisfied with this jacket or any other Rev-it product.

This is an awesome jacket. I am chest size 38 medium built. I tried both sizes S and M. The small fit was spot on. The fit is great and snug. I have used the jacket without the waterproof liner and the airflow is excellent. It doesn't blow air directly into you in a bad way but it really keeps you cool. The quality of the jacket is up there. It feels like a race jacket but able to deal with wet weather and gives you confidence doing some spirited riding. I have also gone for the Revit recommended back protector and must say....really comfortable and feels good. The sleeves closure is good. I have used short summer gloves and full on race gloves with no problems. Only little niggle...could be down to my laziness....when I zip it up to the top, it sometimes catches the skin on my neck. So tilt your head up when zipping up and you are good to go. The jacket doesn't feel light nor heavy....Just perfect for me. All the armor sits in place without moving about.

The waterproof membrane can easily be removed and left in your backpack or under the seat cowl. I believe the removable liner can be used as wind blocker for slightly chilly days.

Overall a great jacket I am extremely pleased with. Good for hot weather. Able to deal with colder weather bar extreme winter. Feels snug like leather but not restrictive. Stitching quality is top notch.
