SW Motech Footrest Kit no lower than OEM

I bought these to lower my pegs on a 2022 1250 GS.
I've fitted them but they are no lower than the OEM ones. I researched YouTube to see if I had fitted them incorrectly but in the video by GSD321 he found the same. They are a bit pointless really as I've gained no further leg room but you can adjust the angle of the pegs. Made of good quality materials though. Hence 3 stars.

Main reason to buy was the ability to have a lower peg at an angle that suited me, and a wider pad for my big feet!
Dead easy to fit as well both on within 10 mins.

Excellent footrest kit

I bought those for my gs as I was needing a bit more leg room . What a difference I'm 6ft 7" the bike is alot more comfortable on longer rides now . The build quality is excellent and so easy to fit. I would recommend this footrest kit to my friends and have done .

Looked at all options but decided these offered the best compromise of adjustment and price. Make sure you check the tightness of the bolts holding the rubber on before use! On the LC you won't need the tabbed washer on the right hand peg as it's not needed.

I've replaced the older style SW Motech lowered footpegs with these & the ability to have more angle adjustment to suit your knees, combined with the improved rubber, help enormously with the vibration that comes with the BMW Boxer engine.
