Despite it's title saying it fits both the 500 & 1100 it is not wide enough for the 1100 mudguard.

A good fit and adds much needed protection to the radiator and front of the engine against stone chips (they are chipping all of the roads around here) and muck. A bit fiddly to fit as you are best removing the mudguard and with only a side stand and no swing arm bobbins, its a struggle to remove the front wheel.

Very good resultc - much less mud splatter on radiator. Looks good and is good fit with clear instructions. Has 'pyramid' writing on the side which may put some people off but doesn't bother me. Needs someone competent with a drill to fix it on. We managed to fit it without taking original fender off but you would need to protect tyre with a metal plate so 2 person job.

Bought this for my wife's new rebel 500. Always fit an extender as stock mudguards are never big enough.
The pyramid ones are a good size and the finish is matt like the mudguard so looks OK.
I didn't use the stick pads or rivets as didn't want to drill the mudguard on a brand new bike, so used stixall as I have done on my bike and its been on there a couple of years now.

excellent product and service from SBS easy to fit and makes a great addition to motorcycle stopping a lot more dirt from getting on your bike than original mudguard

Nice product. Covers enough to protect the exhaust headers. Lower engine casings still get hit but it would have to be a big mudguard to protect them so would affect the look.
