Great control that I bought for my heated socks. I can see why some people don't like the fact you need multiple controllers but it does help regulate all your different needs.

I originally purchased the heated vest with requisite controller and then connected the heated socks to the vest. I was expecting the controller on the vest to also control the heat to the socks too, but this was not the case and the socks cooked my feet. Putting this small controller between the vest and the socks allowed me to make the sock wearable and keep my tootsies warm without being uncomfortable. I am disappointed the Kies requires multiple controllers for connected heated clothing but I suppose in order to give control for different connected clothing would raise the price point so they were no longer competitive, but the technology exists and would not be beyond the capabilities of engineers to make a one controller controls all peripherals solution work. Until they do, this is your solution to prevent burned feet.

This is the second replacement controller I've had, both replaced under warranty, great when working but cabling not up to everyday use. You can only use the insoles briefly without a controller connected as without the controller inline, they are on full power and soon get too hot. The controller reduces the power to a comfortable constant temperature and means the battery will last several hours. Obviously trying to use the insoles without a controller isn't practical for motorcycling. The insoles have also been replaced once under warranty. I have now added extra layers of tape over the controller cabling to try and prevent it from braking so I would say that the product is good while working but not up to everyday use, which of course it should be as they are not the cheapest on the market.

Good Little controller for my heated socks. However, whilst riding it is difficult to change the temperature settings. My suggestion would be to raise the adjustment button enough to be able to feel it to adjust with winter gloves on and on the move.

Quick delivery, simple to use and essential if your using it for heated insoles or else the full heat setting would toast your feet!

If you're getting the insoles, this controller is a must have. Fitted inline between the power and the insoles this controller stops the insoles from burning your toes.

This is an absolute must for controlling the power delivered to the keis insoles. Great service as always from SBS.

Great little pocket controller that controls your insoles so you don't even notice.. You don't notice the cold or over heating. Easy to use and of course excellent help from SBS as always.

Idea for controlling the insoles for two reasons-
1) Adds some length into the cabling between the jacket and the insoles' Y-lead, so that it hangs outside your jacket on the move.
2) Controls the insoles heat output simply and well. Without them the insoles are too hot for a longer ride.

Pleasant heat all the time instead of just heating at stops (as your feet will roast if permanently on without controller).
I put on a bit of velcro to attach it on my SW-Motech Evo tavk bag.

I used my heated insoles without this.. nearly melted my feet! Bought this gadget - I cannot believe they aren't sold together, and it's night and day in terms of usage and warmth and not melting your feet! Easy to use. A must have.

Brought this to be used with the heated insole, as all the reviews I read said they get too hot otherwise.
Can confirm you def need this but a great product, does exactly what it says on the box.
