These Bags are well padded and fit the case snugly they are well made hopefully they are 100% waterproof put as I haven't tried the case and bag in shite conditions yet the jury is out, the bag is well made I recommend it if you're going touring makes life easier just pop the bag out and leave the box on the bike.

I use this bag in a Shad SH58X top-box.
In the smallest size, the bag fits really neatly and there's a little bit of room around it (unless you ram the bag full of your things).
With the box expanded all the way and the bag also expanded, there is room above the bag for a few things - so it doesn't completely fill the space. But this works really well for me.
It's so much more convenient being able to pack the bag and just pop it in or take it out - leaving the box on the bike. So much lighter to carry too :)
The bag is well made, good quality and I'm very happy with it.
