Featherlight on your legs. You will not feel like you're wearing them.
Excellent for summer touring, moisture wicking in the heat, layer of insulation on slightly colder days. Good as underlayer in the winter (in addition to touring trousers with a waterproof/windproof layer.
I would buy these again and not look further.

Just did three weeks tour and wore these almost daily. They kept my temp even and stopped the dreading sticking to my jeans. I didn't notice I was wearing them. And they dry easily over night.

So good I ordered a second pair whilst I was away for my next tour.

Already used the top layer on a tour to Italy, and then to Croatia, both of which reached temps in the mid 30's C. In truth, no layer will keep you cool once you reach temps like that, but this fabric is the best I've found. I even soaked it in the sink at an Italian service station before continuing my ride, such was the heat. It was bone dry again in 10 minutes! The bottoms are just as good, and worn under some riding jeans they really prevent any stickiness and do help in wicking away sweat. Remarkably, this material is really resistant to odour, so ideal for a summer tour where there's less opportunity to wash and dry them. I've never had to wash it because it's whiffy, even after a few very warm days riding. Top and bottoms are well made, and lasted well. The fabric is quick drying, lightweight and stretchy, and the fit is just right - not too snug but not too loose. I'm a 32 in jeans and bought the Medium, which fits perfectly. Get the top layer too, you won't regret it, feels great under a jacket. Wish they did other colours for a bit of variation.

Bought these after reading the Ride write up. Used them in 30 degree + heat under my leathers on a recent trip around Wales and they must work as my legs didn't feel overheated. Body did but that's more down to textile jacket. Good fit if a tad long in the leg. Size - Large and I'm 1.8m tall but it's not a problem

These are good and do what they're described to do. In the summer heat you do still get hot and sweaty. The outer beading is effective but the garments still get stinky pretty quickly.
