I ordered some brake pads on line but ordered the wrong ones. I rang the company to explain and smithy took time to find the right ones; cancelled the old order and re did it for me ,even deleted the postal charge and the brakes came the very next day SUNDAY. You can't beat that for customer care and service. 5stars.
