Arrow Exhaust - Yamaha YZF-R6

Arrow exhausts are known for being high quality, well designed, excellent sounding and performing. I ordered a full system from SportsBikeShop with the Titanium/Carbon silencer option, which wasn't in stock when I ordered but I was emailed shortly afterwards with an expectation date, asking if I wanted to continue. I agreed to wait, and was pleased when the exhaust arrived earlier than predicted.

2 boxes arrived, one with the downpipes/header section, and one with the silencer, both were well packaged and protected inside. All the contents were neatly inside, arranged into small bags, I however was slightly disappointed that there are no instructions or diagrams in the box. If you have ever fitted a full system before, you will have no problem, but for some, knowing what part to put where and what should be included, would be total guesswork. Luckily each pipe had a small sticker labelling them "1" "2" "3" and so on for the order of arrangement. Once all installed and tightened, the system was still quite wobbly and contacts the bike, but it just needed to be fully warmed up, where the pipes expand and seal completely ensuring zero play.

I paired this with a Dynojet Power commander V, with the Arrow Map, and the throttle response especially at low revs has massively improved, bike is noticeable lighter! Of course the noise has also improved and sounds fantastic now (with the easy to remove baffle out) without being outrageous loud.

Overall a great exhaust system, but would be helpful if it included instructions or a parts diagram, sounds great on my 2008 Yamaha R6.

Excellent build quality and fit. Only downside is its not a bit louder but hey, still good for a slip on.
