A small item worth having

Small enough to keep in my jacket pocket in case the helmet battery charge expires. Useful in long runs or if you've forgotten to re-charge. Plus, it's easy to replace in the helmet.

Unexpected Purchase Required

My Schuberth C4 Pro battery went south whilst on a trip down to Misano, leaving me deaf to SatNav instructions, music, etc. Didn't expect that from a helmet that was bought from Xmas in 2020. Given low usage due to Covid it hasn't had many recharge cycles so such a short battery life definitely feels disappointing for a premium helmet. Like GM's review, the rating is for Sportsbikeshop service. Quick and efficient as ever.

Necessary but expensive

The rating is 5 stars for Sportsbikeshop. Cant fault them and their keen prices, however, this battery for the Schuberth C4 helmet, to power the comms, hasn't lasted quite so long as my much cheaper headsets have. The old battery is just 18 months old, I would have expected more from it. I like the fact that the comms and battery are built in. Battery life a bit too short.
