Held 3D Skin Cool Base Long Johns - Black / Blue

This is my second pair now of these leggings, all the pros of that first review ("Excellent comfort") still ring true.

I'll add to this though, with the discovery that whilst they're aimed at keeping you cool when the temperature rises, they also do a decent job of staving off some wind chill when things are a bit cooler, making them an excellent multi-season option.

I bought the second pair as they're a great value-for-money undergarment, and I wanted a second pair for when the first pair is in the wash.

I'm so glad I purchased these - I have a pair of jeans with knee/shin protectors that sit directly against the skin, which was an uncomfortable experience - I got these leggings to provide a breathable barrier between the protectors and my skin, and they haven't disappointed.

Aside from the reason I originally bought them, they've much improved the comfort generally, and are made of a soft, stretchy, comfortable and breathable material. I'm not sure I'd now want to ride without wearing something similar!

As an added bonus, they come in a nice metal tin with a locking clasp (like you get on a well known brand of glass jar often used in the kitchen)
