SENA RC4 Four Button Handlebar Remote

This remote control has changed the way and how often I use my Sena headset. No more pressing the wrong button(s) on my helmet, turning it off or disconnecting from friends. Very easy to set up and user friendly. I wish I had bought one years ago.

This is great, I would have liked the option to lock it on the bars so I'm not having to take it off and on. Connected easily to my headset and the buttons are very responsive.

Does the job perfectly. Now really easy to change volume and settings. Just needs the led to be much much brighter.

So much better than pressing the wrong button on your helmet!

Apart from having a couple of issues getting it to pair with my helmet system, once there I was delighted with the addition to the bike.
The RC4 makes using the intercom way easier than fumbling with the helmet system while wearing gloves!
It is so much easier to have the RC4 on the grip to use the intercom functions, making it safer whilst riding and so much less hassle than having to stop to make inputs when wearing thicker gloves in colder weather!
Highly recommend this unit to riders with intercoms that it can pair with!
If I have any criticism it is that the quick start guide is a little lacking, better to find the instruction on line which will will make it far easier to get up and running!

Arrived as planned. couldn't initially get it to turn on and light is very dim and difficult to see in bright conditions. Instructions which came with unit could have been better especially trying to link to my helmet - finally did this by finding better help on the internet. Unit is working and OK but still not easy to operate wearing winter gloves. Roll on the summer, when should make things easier!!

Managed to sink it up to my senna headset ok just had a problem powering it up the instruction shows you just press the select button when in fact you press the select & the + button together for a few seconds easy to fit the handle bar has a really good strong spring which grips the bars no bother, roll on good weather.

After a 2 week trip around the Alps this summer, I enjoyed having my Sena headset for music, satnav instructions etc. However, it was a bit of faff controlling it at the helmet with big gloves on. This bar mounted remote makes the job a lot easier and safer. It's simple to pair and easy to use. Decent build as well.

I bought this as I can find the Sena controls on the SRL difficult with heavy winter gloves on. The Sportsbikeshop service was impeccable as usual, when the first one I received was not working. They replaced it without question and the replacement worked perfectly. Top notch service from Sportsbikeshop and the RC4 is a great piece of kit. Makes using the SRL so easy.

Great piece of kit for the Sena, saves fumbling around on the helmet for the buttons. I had trouble setting it up but a phone call to the guys at Sportsbikeshop sorted it out.

Amazing piece of equipment. Works straight out of the box, easy to set up, easy to use. Makes using Comms, phones and sat nav, much easier and much safer once you get used to it. You never have to take your eyes off the road or your hands off the bars, highly recommended.

This is a great addition to the SENA headset, makes it safer to adjust volume or answer calls when riding, no need to let go of the handlebars and fiddle with the buttons on the side of the helmet.
I dropped one star rating because the battery doesn't last long in the unit.

After having to return original unit due to a faulty volume control sportsbikeshop sent me a new replacement remote. I have since used it regularly on longer bike rides and have found it much better to use the handlebar remote than fiddling about with the headset. I also found this is a much safer option.

Really pleased with this handy little remote…. Smaller than I expected, but still big enough to use with gloves, and 100 times easier than taking your hands off the bars. Definitely recommend.
