I have a MT 09 SP and plan to add this product to protect the radiator.
The guard itself looks up to the job as the mesh is quite strong.
It was a great pity the manufacture decided to skimp.
Product was missing the cable ties.
Photos in the product install instructions where printed extremely bad.
They should have finished the corners on the back of the guard as on each corner there is exposed mesh. And why they could not provide the self adhesive foam to cover all the back edging is beyond me.
It is silly little things like that what can take away form a pretty decent product.

Good fit and less expensive than the Yamaha accessory part. Easy to install which was just as well,the instructions were not good. Mine may have been a bad copy but don't rely on them. Overall quite pleased with it.
