Bike It Mirror Adaptors

Sportsbikeshop offers a good selection of adaptors but for a non-mechanic (like me) the presentation, information, detail and selection process are far from ideal or helpful (unless you've done your research elsewhere)
1) Photos are not to scale (which led me to order incorrectly 1st time round)
2) There's no or very little detail/measurements provided.
I needed a pair of adaptors ; 10mm -male (on the bike) to an 8 mm - female (on the mirror), but there is no information (that I could see) re which way round the adaptors on the photos supposed to fit and as I say no point trying to eye-ball since the photos are not to scale.
So I advise to do research elsewhere, if you order online or to check with helpful staff in shop.
The quality looks ok, but can't comment on that yet as I'm still returning and awaiting bits, which btw works quite well as far as Sportsbikeshop is concerned, but should not be necessary if more detailed info or better photos ( to scale) provided on the website
