One fits, one doesnt

RHS cover fits a dream, easy to install. LHS wouldn't fit. Both bottom bolts bottomed out and the cover isn't pulled up tight. Contacted Sportsbikeshop via email, I had no reply or acknowledgment so called them, they had no update and I'm still waiting 5 days later for them to contact me. Product looks good but customer service is poor.
