Will this take a couple of plastic 1.5 litre water bottles?

The approximate internal dimensions are as follows: Height - 13cm Width - 22cm Length - 27cm

Could you tell me the dimensions of the bag?

The base of the bag measures approximately 30 x 25cm and the height measures 16cm.

Good quality tail pack but if you wrap the straps under the seat as instructed, the seat won't close due to double layer of straps. I cut the straps and sewed both ends, one end of each to the tail pack hook and the other to Bike It hooks which bolt to the underside of the seat (had to modify 2). Also fitted penny washers as spacers under the seat retainer to give more space. OK I have to admit I asked my wife to do the sewing part - looks professional.

Really useful - But!

Quality is typical Oxford brand - excellent. Very well made, and tough materials. BUT - the attachment to the bike was something else. A Kawasaki EN500 is a cruiser style. Pillion seat has a sissy bar behind it. Attached the bag as per instructions using the velcro band = reasonably secure. Then using the strapping supplied the secondary fixing. The bag shouldn't come off in any condition. A really effective design that prevents any movement at all = 5*. The base plate has a zip that starts and finishes at the tail end. Where the saddle meets the sissy bar. Tried to remove the bag from the bike. It would have been easier taking the back wheel off. However, That is purely down to using it a 'cruiser' style bike. Any conventional saddle it would be very easy to undo and do up the zip. As it is a pig to remove on my bike It is going to remain on the bike. It is an ideal size for the roller lock (Oxford brand also). It has smaller pockets which the odds and sods can go in. Very useful net on top for light items. A small bag comes with the main bag. That was perfect to put clean things in. As a tail back it is pretty near perfect: size, quality and price. Sportbikeshop have an excellent website - kept up to date for product availability. Phone contact goes through a main switchboard as opposed to specific store. Product delivered quickly. SBS have stores where they have 'bikey' people who are keen to help. 5*

Perfect for a small bike

I bought this for my son to put on his Benelli 125 TNT to hold his chain, tools and other bits and pieces. Perfect for him and stable on the back of the bike. He is really pleased with it. Strongly made and should last a long time.

Great tail bag

I wanted a tail bag easy to remove from the bike for ride out essentials. Much better than having a backpack on. Plenty of space for puncture kit, including mini compressor, waterproofs, locks & a drink.
Oxford quality, easy to attach, zipper case makes it easy to pop off if leaving the bike out of sight. dry bag included inside the main bag.

Perfect mid size tail pack!

Absolutely ideal for the pillion seat on my Meteor Fireball as I don't carry a passenger & didn't want to take up space on the rear rack!
With the added bonus of being able to remove it quickly whenever required, this ticks all my boxes:)

I was looking for a tail bag that I could get enough bits in for a work commute or day out without being too big and still be able to swing my leg over. This does the job perfectly and easy to remove with the zip base. It looks good too with Oxfords great quality.

I bought this to use on my CRF300 to carry my lock, tools, drink, snack etc. it's the perfect size. More than capable of carrying enough stuff for a day trip without being overly bulky. Top quality product from Oxford and usual first class service from SBS.

Great Little Tail Pack

Great Tail pack fitted on new bike and just completed tour of West Country. Ideal for accessible essentials. Relatively easy to fit and having it able to zip off is ideal, although a little fiddly getting too the zip when putting back on. Its not waterproof so an inner plastic bag or cover is essential.

Functional piece of luggage

This tailback is a good size to store your everyride bits and bobs, puncture kit waterproofs and a flask.
Strapping it onto a rack is more awkward than putting onto a pillion seat and needs a bit thought.
Could do with a rain cover to go over the whole bag like which was supplied with the lifetime luggage from a while ago.
Another good product from Oxford at a reasonable price.

Well designed and made

Very pleased with this bag, well designed and made for the rear seat or rack. Just the right size for a tool set or flask and food for the day. You also zip it off away from the base to take into the cafe or pub. It isnt waterproof but there is an inner bag for phones and wallet's etc.
