We bought these to make our held mesh jackets even better by giving them a greater weather window, sometimes it can be a little chilly in morning or evening but very warm in the day so these work really well, and big bonus can be worn as a stand alone garment for when walking around. Great !

I don't have a held jacket to fit it in but has the placed to fit if you do.

Practical layer, even without a Held jacket

I visited SportsBikeShop in Boston for the first time and tried this on, it's a decent length for tucking into trousers and the collar is also quite tall for keeping your neck warm, and roomy to tuck a neck warmer into. It's very thin and lightweight but also really effective with a good base layer. I've worn it quite a bit off the bike too. It has an attachment zip at the bottom and some hooks I believe to attach to a Held jacket, but you certainly don't need one to make good use of this.
The fit is also really flattering around the waist, really pleased with it.
