Keis 12V Li-on Battery Pack

Absolutely rubbish lasted about ninety minutes then I had to go back to plugging it in to the battery I should get a refund

Arrived quickly and in good condition. This looks and feels a quality product and after charging it fully, off I went on a ride and this kept me lovely and toasty on a 2.5hr ride on medium setting and there was still one bar of battery life remaining. The only negative is that it's a bit pricey.

Wasn't to certain about purchase this, it certainly isn't cheap. But once I took the plunge and bought the Keis battery and charger I was so glad that I had. It has opened up so many other uses for my heated vest, walking the dog, working in the garage, working outside, riding other bikes that don't have a hard wire kit installed. The battery seems well made, just wish it had a generic usb charger instead of a stand alone one. So far I have had it on low or medium setting and had 3 hours out of a charge with some left.
Overall I'm very pleased.

Added convenience off the bike if all year round biking. Usage has spilled out into walking the dog and work outside during the winter. Also dead handy with my classic car which has no heating and weak charging system. Lasts a good few hours on low which I always find hot enough. Charges quite quickly but buy a 2nd battery if you might need a full days use. Two smaller batteries better than lugging around the larger one to my mind.

Heats my gloves really well - quickly and efficiently delivered.

I bought a 2600mh battery for my Keis heated vest, which is going to be very useful when I'm out walking this winter. The battery is quite light and fits neatly into a dedicated inside pocket in the vest which has a port for the connection cable to pass through. Even better you simply shake the battery to illuminate some LEDs that indicate the charge status. Using the Temperature Control Unit I've been getting about 3 hours of heat at medium and I had 2 hours on full power. My feeling is that the vest doesn't get as warm via the battery as it does when the vest is powered by the battery and if you find you need the vest on full power then you may not need the controller. You may be better off buying two batteries instead. The battery charges quite quickly in a matter of a few hours and it has a USB port for charging a phone or similar device. As ever the service and advice from SBS has been spot on. Everything was delivered within 24 hours of ordering it.

This was a Christmas present but when it was plugged in it went "puff". Returned after speaking to a very helpful person who helped with return and ordered replacement. This was received very quickly, worked perfectly, Very very happy.

Bought this to use with the Keis G501 glove. It makes my 5 mile commute much easier than plugging into the bike. With the gloves on high heat, the battery lasts about 45mins. It is then on 1 bar and I cannot feel the heat effect in my fingers. As long as I remember to charge it again, it is OK.
Charge time from empty is good, couple of hours I think last time. Would be nice if it was a bit smaller, can feel it pressing into me through the inside pocket.
I wouldn't want to run it with any other piece of heated clothing. Wouldn't last very long, not on high. Will last longer if you have the heat down lower. Would recommend for a short journey.

Great battery and very light keeps the jacket on full heat for 3 hours , I plug it in on my bike but use the battery pack for dog walks . Very cosy

Only had it a few days but, so far, this is just what I needed. Very compact and fits easily into inside pocket. Would hardly know it was there. Took very little time to fully recharge after a couple of 20 minute commutes.

I have the no sleeved jacket and now with the battery I can stay warm everywhere - love the whole outfit on and off the bike! So warm and bought a second set to change when one battery runs out. And SBS have the best advise guy Ben - so helpful and patient. Thank yo Ben an SBS for everything I bought.

Honestly, how can you possibly review something that you've only just received? Seems to be the way with all these companies tho - sending out review links straight after, but what the hell - works as far as I can tell, it fits OK in the inside jacket pocket, a bit loose but OK.

A battery pack for the Keis heated kit. It looks small and not powerful enough to heat a jacket but it is. It works great. One issue however is that the instructions don't match the product - there must have been an update. The instructions tell of a button that you press to see the amount of charge left. The button is not there. However I found that if you tap the battery the indicator light does work but not all the time.
Still it kept the best I have been warm (low setting) on a 3.5 hour ride at between -2 and 1 degree C.
It comes with a mains charger.
It also has a USB plug to charge your phone.
Overall it's good. And great service from SBS as always.
