Oxford RB-Pi1 Back Protector Insert

I bought this for my Oxford jacket. It fits properly and is comfortable to wear.

If your looking for a protector with the Velcro strip fitting this should do just fine

Back protector , had to wait a couple of weeks for it to come in from Oxford , fits perfectly cannot give it 5 as not / hopefully never tested it .

I didn't realise when I purchased an Oxford textile jacket that a back protector was an extra, as the jacket represented such good value I should have done. However the Oxford protector supplied and delivered by Sportsbikeshop was reasonable priced and delivered with their customary efficiency.

Bought to fit in my Oxford riding shirt. Fits perfectly, comfortable and unobtrusive.
Feels a nice quality, slightly soft to the touch. Velcro strip is a nice touch to make sure it stays in place but isn't really needed in my use.

I have two of these, one in an Oxford jacket and the other in an RST and both fit readily into both despite different pocket sizing and attachment systems. I am glad to say I have not tested them and hope never to do so!

It's lost a star as the velcro srrip hadn't been put on straight so doesnt line up with velcro in jacket. Its a bit thinner and more comfortable than the level 2 protector which made the back of my Oxford Dakar stick out a bit too much, but I suppose thats what you get with a more substantial protector - it's a balance of comfort v safety. But overall good.

Perfect fit in Oxford jacket.

Bought this to go in an Oxford jacket I purchased. There is the choice of 2. One is a level 1 the other a level 2. There is only a few quid between them so it's up to you which you have. The level 2 is only slightly thicker with a different pattern on it.

Fits neatly in my Oxford Mondial jacket, is not too bulky like the Level II protector I tried and gives unobtrusive reassurance.

Fits well and is very comfortable. Being level 1 protection it is obviously at the low end but as a back protector it will work fine and better than having nothing. I dont hope you need it but I'm sure if I do it will do a job for me. For the price, piece of mind, comfort and the level of protection it offers it is perfect. Well done Oxford.
