Returned previous jacket as the stitching on the waist band failed. No quibbles from staff at the Leeds branch. Emily at head office was also very amiable and dealt with return quickly and efficiently. Surprised by the jacket failing after only a handful of rides but not surprised by SBS service.

A well made, properly proportioned jacket. Its comfortable and warm although we can't comment on waterproofing - yet!!

Stylish, practical touring jacket

My wife found this very comfortable and a flattering cut; it hasn't been used in the rain yet but hopefully it will live up to the billing. She normally would wear a Size 10 but the Size 8 was a better fit. Annoyingly the Rev'it Seesoft RV Back Protector insert is not included with the jacket but is a worthwhile upgrade

This jacket is just perfect. The fit is flattering, with a nice longer back to it so no drafts, it's waterproof as the description states and warm. I bought the trousers that go with this last year, all in all a lovely suit.

Protective & comfortable jacket

Jacket fabric feels quite stiff initially because the waterproof layer is bonded to the outer layer, however you don't notice this when riding and it did mean much less water pick-up in heavy prolonged rain, thus keeping me drier and warmer for longer. Front chest vents open directly to the lining and kept the rain out although I felt some limited air penetration through them. Not been able to test the vents open-for-airflow yet, but look like they would be quite effective. Jacket comes with Rev'it's own CE Level 2 lightweight, breathable & flexible shoulder & elbow armour - a real step up - very comfortable and feels protective (thankfully not tested). Size 44 takes Size 5 Rev'It back protector. Jacket is a comfortable sizing to take some layers underneath. Usual removable thermal sleeved liner with fixed mesh lining underneath. Well-constructed jacket, although it could do with one or two more internal pockets (the outer pockets are not fully waterproof). Overall, very pleased with this jacket for the price and pleased that Rev'it are taking women's armour seriously. Would recommend, particularly for wet weather riding. Usual excellent Sportsbikeshop service.

The Horizon 2 Ladies jacket answers the demands of serious female touring riders. As in the men's version th is jacket comes with Rev'it's renowned hydratex membrane directly laminated to PWR Shell 2L material, creating a strong outer shell with very minimal water pickup. With the detachable thermal liner removed, the VCS aquadefence panels can be opened up using the Fidlock magnatic fasteners to expose two large mesh panels at chest level. This system allows riders to change from a full waterproof jacket to a highly ventilated jacket while riding. The Ladies Horizon 2 has been developed as a feminine jacket from the ground up, ensuring the ideal fit for the female figure. Laminated reflection is used on the front and the back, as well as in the relective logos at the upper arms. The Horizon 2 is equipped with Rev'it's award winning Seeflex Level 2 protectors on the shoulders and elbows, and has a pocket for the Seesoft Level 2 back protector insert. To allow enough storage space, the jacket comes with several pockets including two big stash pockets at the front.
