It's very sturdy and fits perfectly on the ktm 1190 adventure. I was worried it wouldn't be as solid as the metal mounts but it's perfect for my needs

Connecting kit for fitting of Givi M5 plate

This kit is necessary for the fitting of the Givi M5 plate. The SR7705 is basically 2 metal plates and the bolts to enable the actual Givi plate (not included) to be attached to your bike. It's solidly made, fits well and is unobtrusive but most importantly you need it to attach the M5 plate!

Bike specific so fits exactly as you'd expect. Nicely finished metal brackets allow easy mounting of monokey plate and top box. The whole assembly is nice and solid.

Time and circumstances dictated that I needed this vital part as soon as humanly possible. Without it my work life would be train bound and lengthy - with it I could ride the 3hrs to the airport, park up and leave all my biking gear in the top box and save 3 hours travel time if I was bound by foot, cycle and train.
It came in swift time, the online comment from another customer helped immensely when fitting.
The Givi top plate fitted easily.

Easy to fit

Do not use spacers when removing original bolts on rear rack and tack care not to strip threads when fitting new bolts. Usual care of fitting with fingers before tightening.
