Are these compatible with the Rev'it Gear 2 trousers? It's got the pouch for the "Rev'it Seesoft Hip Protector Insert RV01" which are type b, these are also type b.

The only hip protectors that are recommended for the Gear 2 trousers are the RV01 - the RV33 are a different shape.

Very Thin & Discreet

Very thin armour that fits the Rev'it trousers perfectly. So light and lacking in bulk, but it does leave you worrying just how effective it would be in an accident. Well I can tell you that in a low speed tumble in the Alps a week ago that caused the abandonment of my holiday (but a free trip to hospital), my hips were unharmed. Can't say the same for my back, now if I was reviewing the back protector; well it would be a different story. Oh my poor RT!

Worth the extra

Needed these for a pair of Rev's trousers which do not come with hip armour.
Very comfortable and to be honest cannot tell whether they're fitted or not - very discrete.

Almost Invisible armour

This Rev'it armour is so light and comfortable it's unnoticeable in use, and it's slim dimensions make it far less bulky around the hip area. I had to buy these protectors to replace the hard and very thick Knox hip armour that were just too uncomfortable and restrictive to be useful. The benefit of thinner armour is that you have more room to tuck any clothing into your trousers.

Invisible protection

I can't even tell that these are in my Rev it jeans.
They are very thin, but still offer level 1 protection, amazing.
They don't effect the look of the jeans from a normal pair of jeans, and I can't feel them whilst on or off the bike.
Very good product, well thought out and excellent quality.
Put these in your Rev it Jeans, you won't be disappointed.
Excellent service from Sports bike shop as usual.

Bought these to fit into my new Rev'it Jean's. They fit snugly into the internal hip pockets and once on you can't tell they are there. Thankfully I have not tested them out as to their efficiency however I am sure they will live up to the high standards that all Rev'it products have. Happy to recommend this product.
