Puig Touring Windscreen - BMW R1200 GS / Adventure

Great touring screen manufactured by Puig works much better than the original BMW GS1250 screen, very easy to fit, fantastic service from sportsbikeshop. I visited their Boston shop on Sunday 11.30, it was delivered 1.00 pm Monday highly recommend sportsbikeshop.

Whenever I change my bike and need to replace the OEM screen I go for Puig.

Their solution for the 1250GS work's perfectly for me (I'm about 5ft 11).

A good quality product and there is no need to waste money on any support brackets.

Highly recommend this product which is the second Puig screen I have purchased from the Sportsbikeshop.

Really pleased with this. Started doing some regular 100 mile round trip motorway commuting and found the standard R1200GS screen created a very wearing booming and high level buffeting. This has taken all that away. I am 5'11" and don't have the screen fully raised. I haven't gone for the additional support brackets that some reviewers have mentioned. I don't think I need them. You can ride at 70 with visor up and no eyes watering!

This is my second Puig screen and it is excellent. Allows you to hide behind it in the rain and can comfortably cruise at 70 - 80 with no buffeting. Buffeting used to affect the wife more than me and it is now negligible. Do factor in that you will need screen stabilisers as well, and would recommend the Touratech one. The Wunderlich one works fine but does hinder some accessibility to the sat nav prep when the screen is at certain heights. I find a very minor flaw of the screen is that it does not clear water very easily, but this is only a minor criticism but does not affect my 5 star rating.

The Puig touring screen is amazing. The screen cuts out buffeting and wind noise completely. I have a Shoei helmet with built in intercom and can now hear my calls and music at high speed. However if you want some air on a hot day the low setting allows it... Perfect flexibility...

I'm 6'1" standard seat set on high. Vastly improves protection and comfort. On low still get some airflow, on high, still look over the top of the screen. Quality, and clarity are first class, it replaced a "cheap"? one I bought two months ago. Used in conjunction with Puig screen stablisers, brilliant

This is a lovely product. I am 6' 5", so this has me covered! Even I don't need it at full height. Has changed my experience of the GS for the better. I strongly recommend the brackets that add extra strength too. I am delighted with this screen.

Really good quality and fits perfectly when replacing the original. Only gave it 4* as its very very big. Massive even. I can only ride with the screen at its lowest setting. Anything more and you will be looking through it not over it which I don't like. Apart from that it does what it is meant to do. It reduces wind to barley any. Really fast delivery by sportsbikeshop as usual

Just replaces original BMW screen but offers a lot better protection against the elements fitted to triple black GS , looks vastly improved .
