Givi MT505 Metro-T Tanklock Tank Bag - 5L

Order this excellent little tankbag but was on back order, very pleased it arrived a few weeks before the advised date.

Well made and the right size for a bottle of water, phone, wallet, keys and a sandwich etc. recommended.

Bought this Givi tan bag after seeing a friend using one how useful they were when riding on the bike.
I used to keep all stuff in my pockets, keys, mobile etc.
This is much more convenient with the added bonus it's right in front of you and accessible.
Also quickly removable with a handle and/or carry strap for carrying with you away from the bike.
Great clever piece of kit which is a MUST have for myself now!

On first impressions it looked small. But I got so much stuff inside, and with 2 pockets on the outside, and it's expandable with a pocket inside for your mobile phone,
Only downside is, I wish it had a window, so you could see your mobile for when using it as a satnav.

Well made and easy clip on and off. Holds waterproof top and bottoms as well as other bits and bobs.
Easy to carry and Clip off on MT07 to fill tank or carry stuff around.

Didn't want this tank bag, wanted a new one of my existing one but Givi dont make it anymore. The zip has broken and just as expensive to have replaced as buy a new one.

Superb bit of kit. Just the right size for my tank. Easy to install and certainly does the job well.

Perfect for wee day trips away to keep visor cleaner in, phones, wallets, small tool kit when I can fit anything into my snug leathers!
Managed to fit in a waterproof jacket but then there's not much room after that.
Easy to fit the kit on and bag clips on and off easily.

I have owned a Givi 15L tank bag for several years and recently bought this 5L tank bag to use on a five day tour in France. It's great! It has adequate space to store the sort of items you might want to get to easily - glasses case, passport, phone, disc lock etc; the tank-lock system feels secure, it's unobtrusive and ergonomically well-designed and the rain cover works (it poured with rain on the first day of the tour and all of my kit stayed dry). It's not cheap but I'd say that the quality justifies the price. Highly recommended. As an aside, I called the guys at Sportsbikeshop after it was delivered to check about the access port to run a usb cable into the bag and they couldn't have been more helpful.

Excellent for daily commute or for a short ride. Sits on to the tank of my himalayan just perfect. Easy to connect\disconnect. This is my first givi tank lock bag and I like it.

The first bag I received had a broken popper button inside, this was the one to secure the base in the bag.

I took it back and it was swapped over without any fuss by the guys in Erdington

This is a mini TARDIS. It holds all those small items that you would normally keep in your pockets and more without the worry of thinking that something may fall out. Build quality is top notch and it's so simple to remove and fit. A bag strap also supplied is added security when wrapped around the handlebar. Can't fault it

Haven't fit it to the bike yet but bag seems good.
Service from SBS Birmingham was exceptional, as normal.

Bought this to mount on rear rack to carry tool kit, puncture repair etc. Well made bag with waterproof cover, ideal size for day trips, looks good as well. Used a givi seat mount S430 to fasten it to rack. Great service as usual from sportsbikeshop.

This is my second Givi bag and is great like my first one. Good quality product as expected from Givi.
I would prefer the internal piquet to be a mesh so I could see what is inside it. Other than that it does a perfect job.
