Givi SRA5112 Monokey Aluminium Adaptor Plate - BMW R1200 GS Adventure

The product is great… ultra solid, works as expected… but if you follow those instructions, you'll spend ages attaching brackets which you don't need to… like I did… FYI, if you're fitting this to a 2021 R1250 GSA, you only need to attach the plate… not the longer metal bars…

I used this adapter plate to attach TRK Trekker monokey luggage to existing rear rack on a 2023 BMW R1250GS Adventure. 10 minute easy fix and is 100% secure and no rattles or movement. Perfect and reasonably priced. Good finish which matched with existing rack and grab rails. I paired it with Givi side case holders too.

The adaptor plate now fitted to my BMW 23 1250 GSA is fantastic quality and is a dream to use with my combinations of soft and hard GIVI luggage.

These items have been difficult to aquire for some time. I ordered it at SBS and had it in the north of Scotland just a few days later. The rack fits perfectly on my 21 R1250GSA. I've now fitted my Givi Trekker Outback from my 850 to this bike. Very pleased.
SBS are always amongst the cheapest in the UK too.
I wouldn't shop anywhere else for bike related kit.

The topbox rack was on offer at a very good price. Unfortunately when I ordered was informed of a 7 week wait for delivery, not an issue, 2 days later told it was shipped, in my hand the next day. Guess Santa hadn't hit his busy period yet.
Usual quality from Givi and service from SBS.

Fitted easily to my 1250 gsa standard rack and now allows me to use all the givi quick lock products as well as the bonus of a flat plate you secure a smaller waterproof bag to or a large bag running along the rear seat and into the plate. Highly recommend

Superb service and support from the team after I ordered the wrong part. Returns advice and refund promptly made. Correct part delivered and as usual excellent quality. The fitting instructions were basic and took a bit of lateral thinking to make the final fittings work.

Holds the givi box on ok just make sure the box is pushed in good and hard as it's a bit stiff initially to get in.
Only downside it isn't the black one as I couldn't get it when ordering would go better with the gsa triple black.

Sportsbikeshop deserve 5 stars for their customer service. They helped resolve an issue with missing bolts quickly and painlessly. The instructions that came with the lot are also dire and do not explain how the unit should be attached when using the additional support bar/frame. It is relatively self explanatory though.

Like others I didn't see the need to fit the brackets as it seems solid enough without them. No issues so far but only using for the 30L top box.
