Merlin has license rights to produce waxed cotton manufactured by Halley Stevensons of Scotland. Halley Stevensons have been gaining expertise, manufacturing waxed cotton for decades. The Merlin Kingstone waxed cotton jacket has a Reissa waterproof and breathable membrane, with fully taped seams.
