I haven't tried them yet as I haven't attended a track day since fitting them, but as I have R&G Traction Pads on my other bike I know they work well. If you want something that's really grippy you might want to look elsewhere. I think these works well though.
The size of the traction pads are quite small compared to the area where they're supposed to sit and they're also not exactly alike which is quite confusing when putting them on.
I heated them with a hair dryer and they stick well to the tank and seems to be sticking really well.
I give these 4/5 as I know they do the job I want them to, but not a 5 as it would be nice with a short instruction on which goes where and also they could be a bit larger. A picture from a bike like mine with them fitted would also have helped.
