Dark silver iridium race visor-clear vision

I received this as a freebie when I bought the Bell MX9 Adventure helmet. I was looking for the dark smoke but it was out of stock so went for this (which was more expensive than the dark smoke) and initially I was a bit concerned it would look a bit dated (never a fan of iridium visors on the 90's) but the dark silver iridium looks pretty good and is absolutely crystal clear from all angles. It is pretty dark and is really good and effective in bright sunshine (only tested in bright winter sun) and it works great. I would guess the mirror effect would keep my helmet a bit cooler in the summer. All in hard to fault this visor other than it doesn't have any pinlock posts but so far haven't had any issues with fogging all in very happy with it!!

Thrown in as part of an mxo purchase. They're sturdy and have good vision. The only drawback is you get a bit of aberration if the visor is set to one click open.

My second purchase of this visor - as a spare...the first is still going strong and in use.....I use Dark or mirrored on all my helmets Shoei, Bell, AGV....I find the Bell and Shoei are very similar in terms of Quality and vison...This visor fits perfectly takes a couple of minutes to fit and functions as it should - I have had no misting issues either.

A well made, easily installed and very effective visor.
This tinted visor is the same shape and profile as the clear visor that was supplied with the helmet and, therefore, does not let air/draughts/wind through. The tinting is excellent for bright days (let's hope we have a lot of those this Summer)

Easy to switch between visors. Black transforms the helmet with a stormtrooper feel to it. Amazing for bright sunlight but retaining full field of vision was perfect for off road adventure trip through Namibia. Coped well with direct strike from sizeable piece of gravel.

I bought the dark silver visor and it looks great with matt black helmet. No distortion or fogging issues even without pin-lock as there's enough air circulation to prevent this.
Quality construction.
Only downside is the cost as its very expensive at almost £80.

VERY happy with the visor! pretty dark tint. Sadly you can see yourself through it with head on sun ( if you look in a mirror you can see your face I mean). Firm fit, same anti-fog as stock visor and uses the same fitments, no alteration required. As this is a race visor not for road use the mirror thing isn't an issue only an issue if you use it for video making.
