The MAB City Airbag is a backpack for carrying laptops, tablets and documents, and is equipped with Fast Lock technology airbags. Specially designed for everyday urban use to get to work in complete safety.
This backpack is equipped with a single airbag system. This rear airbag provides full-width back, sacral and cervical protection, and is EN 1621-4 level 2 certified.
Fast Lock is the evolution of the activation cable. Internally it has an analogic accelerometer which can detect accident situations like a car's safety belt. It recognizes any type of accident upward of 5km/h. Fast Lock reacts in less than 5 milliseconds and activates the airbag.
The airbag system is equipped with valves for automatic inflation. The protective state of the MAB Backpack last about 30 seconds, and then deflates completely within a few minutes.
Made in Cordura® and 3D mesh, the MAB City Airbag Backpack features a waist belt, and comfortable shoulder straps equipped with an adjustable chest closure to keep the MAB always in the correct position, both when riding and in case of an accident.
The load compartment allows you to house a laptop or tablet, with everything you need for a day in the office.
