Great bit of kit

Bought a pinlock for a friend for Xmas as always struggling to see when out on the bike.
Over the moon now that she has a clear view.

Looks like the Pinlock rubber seal was damaged so it still fogs up, due to not being able to create a seal.

Best bit of kit invented since I began biking back in nineteen hundred and frozen stiff! No more Bob Heath spray or other ultimately ineffectual treatments. These things actually do the job!

Fits and works great

A must have for any biker. Stops your visor steaming up especially during the colder months.

After buying the AVG K1 helmet which fits lovely no noise when riding but as soon as I put the helmet on, the visor would fog up even with vents all open, and it was missing one thing as it's pin lock ready which most of the time it comes with but couldn't use helmet as it was Dangerous with FOGGING UP, so ordered pin lock. Came very quickly in post, easy to fit, product is made well of plastic with a thin rubber gasket which press against outer visor, and now I can use new helmet as intended with Confidence knowing that it don't fog up and can see where I'm going now thank god ..

Does everything that it is meant to do. Followed AGV's video on how to replace the Pinlock - was easy quick and does the job perfectly.

I did have it steam up a little on the inside at one point a little ^ shape at the bottom middle - BUT this was at very low temperatures 4deg c in very misty conditions at 6am with lots of mist fogging up the outside. Didn't block my view of the road but did make it a little hard to glance down at my clocks.

Still give it 5 stars as this issue was in very extreme weather conditions that were perfect to push the Pinlock to the limits of its ability to keep my visor clear.
