I don't know why the manufacturer fits a strap and buckle to an indoor cover. I find it's likely to hit the bike when throwing the cover over if not careful. I have 3 of these and have cut them all off. Unfortuanely I did this to the Small version I bought for my little Honda Grom then subsequently realised it's quite a snug fit and I should have gone for Medium. Anyway, these are pretty good covers.

Brilliant cover for keeping dust away indoors

These covers are excellent. They are so good this is the third one I have bought. (Each motorbike I own gets treated to a new indoor cover). Very stretchy and easy to fit to bikes

There is one fault though. As far as I am aware the covers cannot be washed in a washing machine so you have to be very careful that you do not get chain oil on the cover as it would be very hard to remove- although that is probably an issue for most indoor covers.

Even so, definitely recommended.

I bought the 'large' for a Triumph 800. the fit is perfect. This is the first time I have bought a stretchy cover for a bike - my others are the normal throw-over plastic type. This cover takes longer to put on and is not so quick to remove, but it is a snugger fit and breathable. It's more important to have a reasonably clean bike before it is used as it is more clingy and more likely to scratch if grit is present.
