The Alpinestars Tech-Air® 3 Airbag System is an 'over-the-jacket' solution tailored for commuters and younger riders, delivering robust upper body protection by encompassing the full chest and back. Its water-resistant main chassis and waterproof ECU and electronics ensure reliability in diverse conditions.
This slim, self-contained system is designed for versatility, fitting comfortably under a motorcycle jacket, be it Alpinestars' compatible, leather, or textile. The Tech-Air® 3 incorporates a diagonal zip for complete front chest coverage, cleverly concealing the inner airbag. The magnetic zip closure is not only user-friendly but also ensures a secure closure system for the airbag garment.
The front chest features an LED display indicating the airbag's operational status. This display includes a haptic alert system that vibrates to confirm the system is armed and alerts the rider when the battery is running low, enhancing overall safety awareness.
