Gerbing 12V Battery Cable

Great quality and easy to fit.

I decided to replace the old lead because it had corroded. The replacement arrived on time (I don't know how they do that!). It is of great quality and easy to fit and I have connected via an ignition switched relay to prevent water ingress shorting out causing corrosion when not in use.

Its a cable! Good quality and unlike others the end cap doesnt come off

Much better than the original lead, the cover is more sturdy so I don't think it will drop off any time soon.
Very easy to fit. Good selection of fuses for whatever items you're going to plug in.

Old power lead went because of a broken connection in the cable somewhere but replacement looks good quality and does the job

As others have said, it's a power cable and does the job with the usual Gerbing quality. It's the second one I have bought (other one lasted 3 yrs) as the other one packed up even though the protective cap was still in place and I always remembered to put it on when not in use - does that place some doubt on the quality? Not sure, but the previous one did get extensive use, I really hate cold hands! For me the power cable beats having batteries in the gloves which are too bulky for my liking (the batteries, not the gloves!). Overall I can't complain, the new one works well and the service from Sportsbikeshop was up to the high standard that I have always received.

Plain and simple, it's a hook up lead from the battery. It comes complete with a selection of fuses for the various types of clothing you hook up to it. I just use the gloves and it all works just fine.
The title Doh, is I sold the bike and left it on and had to buy another for the new bike. Rather than chop and change I have another which is on one of my other bikes so I can simply hop on and plug in.
If you use Gerbing gear, this is much better than battery's if you are on the bike for long periods of time.

Bought as a replacement for original battery cable which no longer functions properly due to the protective cap becoming "missing in action" a number of years ago allowing water ingress when not being plugged by the jacket controller cable. Could say it's a materials fault but to be honest it has taken several years to cease functioning….and I could have stopped the internal corrosion had I thought about it. Whatever,the cable itself is of expected Gerbing quality (excellent) and works perfectly. Perhaps a little expensive for what it is….but it will last for years! Also,can't pass up the opportunity to mention the usual exemplary service from SportsbikeShop! If a better customer focus exists…..I haven't found it yet!

Ok… its a power cable, it carries power… job done. That said it's rugged and well made and reasonably priced.

My wife has started to learn to ride herself now so bought a second cable for her 125, very straight forward to fit. She still loves the Gerbing gloves she has had as a pillion for over a year now which are a very good product.

The cable is good and lasts for years. I mainly use in winter . My only disappointment is the plastic cover attached to the cable. From experience, the plastic becomes rigid and inflexible causing it to break. This eventually leaves you with a cable that has no cover for the connector.

Rare quality, keep hands safe in the worst condition!
Bought these gloves 2 y ago, very happy and very much needed for the uk weather.
Waterproof and a different selector for temperatures help enjoy the bike 365 days a year.
