EBC Semi-Sintered Touring V Brake Pads - FA209/2V

As these were the recommended pad for the new EBC rear disc it was a kind of Hobsons Choice. Once bedded in they're ok, Not as much bite as the HH pads but certainly adequate, can't comment on the wear rate yet, not enough miles have passed under the tyres! Let's just say they passed the MOT, good enough for me. Good price too, always a bonus.

Great replacement pads for a good price, the rear pad on the GS wear quickly so these are a great replacement.

I replaced the rear pads from the OEM pads because I found the rear brake a bit 'wooden' and lacking in feel.
Fitting these semi-sintered provides feel from the back brake. The initial bite isn't what you'd call exciting but it is progressive with good feedback.. Disk wear is not detectable yet. They work equally well whether wet or dry or covered in mud. Off road they are a real improvement in back braking.
