Excellent service from Customer support. Really superb. Item was received very promptly and once in situ fits well. Only concern is, even though ii is the large version, it could still be several inches longer to provide greater protection for the lower back/spine area

Excellent service once again from sportsbikeshop. Exactly what I needed in stock and super fast delivery.
Back protector is really comfy in the jacket.
The only downside to it is that it's quite short.. if you needed full back cover I'd probably go for a separate protector.

Was a slightly tight fit getting the size M back protector into my size M Alpinestars jacket but managed after a couple of minutes. Once in you almost never notice it's there unless you press your back against something. Would be ideal if it was a little longer at the bottom to cover more lower spine but for a relatively cheap insert it's great

I bought the Alpinestars Nucleon KR-2I Back Insert for my Alpinestars Andes V3 Drystar Textile Jacket as extra protection, it just slots into the compartment in the back of the jacket, a simple installation and fits great. Many thanks again, sportsbikeshop for another great product.

I bought this to slot into my Alpinestars V3 Andes jacket. Now I don't feel guilty for not wearing my full-size Knox back plate if I'm out for a more relaxed ride. A good price too, as always from Sportsbikeshop.
I really wish that these were standard in the jackets, why do the manufacturers value shoulders and elbows over backbones?
