Missing parts

On unpacking the Givi top plate it appeared the blanking caps for the slots in the plate were missing. Not sure whether they should be included with the kit I contacted Sports bike shop. They advised me to take some photos and send to them. These were then sent on to Givi, and in a couple of days had the parts in the post.
Well done Sports bike shop for excellent service.
I can't comment on the top plate as it hasn't been fitted yet.

Good sturdy plate, fitting not the easiest trying to line up bolts with the holes which kept moving inside the rack arms but got there in the end. Easy to adjust once it's all connected properly.
