Having used camel-backs (narrow openings) and other cheaper imitations, the quality of this is another level. Heavy duty, with a wide opening that makes for easy cleaning and drying which is essential if you are wanting to avoid any funky taste to your water.
Detachable and insulated tube with Velcro attachments to allow you to place and hold the tube secure against the strap of your pack is a nice touch. Worth the price over the competition.

Great quality. Fits within my Kriega R20 backpack. Keeps water relatively cool and due to excellent backpack design of backpack, is not heavy/cumbersome. Two Velcro pads included to allow you to attach pipe to backpack straps, thus preventing pipe flapping around. Works well at all speeds. Expensive, but hopefully will prove itself worthy!

I bought this to go into my Kriega R30 for a recent trip to Eastern Belgium. It was invaluable on the journey to and from in 30 degree heat but came into its own as I spent a very long day on and off the bike watching closed roads motorcycle racing in the same weather, with sketchy access to water. It's a quality piece of kit and invaluable on touring or day trips alike. The designers have really thought about it. The water remained cool for most of the day as well. Highly recommended. Excellent fit in the Kriega R15 backpack, does the job and more.

Fits perfectly into my Kriega R30, great on long tours or day trips.

More flexible and robust than other reservoirs I have. Not plasticy but more like a hot water bottle material. Excellent point is bladder can detach from drink tube to refill... instead of having to re feed tube back into your bag. Doesn't look like it could hold 3l due to overall size but stretches to fill.

Used on a recent snowboard trip, friend landed on his back and burst his cheap bladder, bag was soaked. I landed on my back and had a nice soft water cushion. Quality is great as expected by Kriega, also no issues with pipe freeze as insulated.

Well designed and excellent quality. Doesn't have the horrible plastic taste of other water bladders I have used. Fits into Kriega packs well and works a treat.

I use this in my R25. It fits well in the backpack but the Velcro attachment for the harness can only be fitted in one location on either side which allows the tube to flap about in the wind. Other than this, all good.

Not used for long yet so unable to comment on longevity but appears to be well made. Fits well in my R20. Easy fitting of tube and Velcro tube holder. Easy and safe way to carry water on a trip.
