Same as many reviews a great rack but had to add a few spaces to the rear spacer to compensate for the gap. Defo upgrade on the plastic Yamaha rack, much more sturdy. 4 stars due to the space issue

Great product, excellent instructions. This product for the fjr1300 needed 2 extra washers(not supplied) for the rear soacer(known problem) but all fitted well in 20 mins.

Great improvement, but does have issues

Really serious improvement if you want to put any load on a top box on the FJR (the standard plastic mount is weak). Really simple install, however a well documented issue is the spacer at the back, you will need 2 12mm washers to be placed as well as the spacer to allow the rack to sit correctly. No big issue, just thought GIVI would have sorted it by now. Rock solid though and looks great.

Excellent easy fitting piece

5* for service, as it was dispatched and received very quickly. The adaptor itself, is a very well made metal adaptor with a Givi base plate. It is really easy to fit. It is also much sturdier than the plastic plate I took off with no movement of the top box at all and also holds more weight. Highly recommend and well worth the extra bit of money compared to the other plastic adaptor plates for sale.
