Inside the box it says it's got a speed limit of 60kmph but the monolock rack came with my bike so I ordered this box, and it has been absolutely fine fully Laden with 2 pairs of trainers, a bag with change of clothes and 6 bottles of home brew at national speed limit (wouldnt consider going above it, honest). Happy to recommend it at far.

Not really much to say here, its a Givi Top Box, good quality, good price.
Came with a universal mounting plate which fitted perfectly with the Givi 1146FZ rear rack.

This top box is every bit as good as the more expensive givi cases bought in the past. It replaces my last one that was stolen along with my bike by scrotes. Bought as the cheapest decent sized box, helped by a 10% off voucher, I was surprised how good it really is, large and perfect with my Tiger 1200.

I bought another make top box some time ago, which was OK, and had another spare in the garage. But they weren't Givis, and I ended up with top box envy when I saw one.

I searched for a long time before deciding that this is the best top case for my needs with the help from the staff of sportsbikeshop. Very simple to connect,and secure to your bike, perfect.
Great load carrying potential without looking too big. It's aerodynamic shape makes it hardly noticeably when travelling at speed.
Can't fault the box, however it doesn't fit the standard Triumph T100 rack, so much for universal fitting! New rack required.

Hi, Sorry if you get asked this all the time, but I'm a bit confused with the top box and fittings. I know I need a Givi 539FZ for my 1250 Bandit, but if I buy the above top box which includes the universal plate, do I still need the mono lock/key base? Or do I just buy top box and then the monolock base? Ta, Stuart
January 11, 2019The 539FZ arms are not compatible with a universal plate. If you are looking at a Monolock case, you will also need an M6M or M5M top plate. If you purchase a Monokey case, the plate required will be the M5 or M7.
