Great little top box, low price level but well suited to my requirements.
Universal fitting plate supplied fitted directly to the rack on my Speed 400 in 5 minutes.
Not too big, suits the bike well.
Amazing product really for £55.
Had tried a Kriega US20 for three times the price but wasnt happy with the fit to my bike.
SBS brilliant as always.

I have a couple of Givi/Kappa boxes and 3 small Hondas which are used in rotation so I only really need 1 box to share with these bikes.
I had previously bought a plate elsewhere, the new box came with a plate so I now need a 3rd plate.
I'll buy another box instead, makes sense!

Cracking value top box!

I needed a compact box for my BMW G310 to which I had already added a genuine BMW rack, this size suits the bike well. The mounting plate is well designed and offers multiple fixing points so I was able to use 2 existing holes and only needed to drill 2 holes. Mounting hardware (4 x M6 bolts) is a bit limited and I had to source 2 longer bolts and some washers. Other reviews have criticised the locking mech, mine was initially very stiff but a little furniture polish soon had it operating smoothly. Others say they cannot get a full face helmet in, my Shoei fits with space to spare. So an excellent box for the money and cracking service from Sportsbikeshop.

I bought the larger box but it just looked naff on the smaller mcycle. No problem with sending it back and exchanging for this one. SBS were great sorting this out. It takes a full face helmet but not much more. If you require more storage go for the bigger box.

My last case of this size was a good Hepco Becker top box with plate.
This Givi case is better and yet cost even less. Supplied with fitting plate, it was simple to install and looks great.

What exactly do I need to get this fitted to a 2011 Kawasaki ER6F CBF? I presume the Rear Rack Kit 449FZ (206736) and a Monolock M5M Plate (212351)?
February 20, 2023That's exactly correct, although you can also opt for the M6M Monolock Plate instead of the M5M if you would prefer to do so.
I have a Yamaha NMax 125cc 2016 scooter..will this fit and do I need to buy a bracket or it the one provided suitable. Many thanks

December 17, 2018You will require a Monolock base plate to attach this top box (a universal Monolock baseplate is provided with this listing) The M35 plate is Monokey, and so it will not fit.
What top plate does this complement?
