Great product keep your feet toasty
The socks are doing the job in preventing the wind chill but they are not so comfortable to walk with inside the boots.
Comfortable against the skin and seamless construction avoid any rubbing discomfort.
Easily fits into boot adding very little extra thickness.
Oh yes pretty effective at keeping cold wind out but coupled with toe warmers, these solved my freezing when riding at 3degC (I don't ride below that).
If you have cold feet this is a useful additional layer. They did feel uncomfortable to start with as they don't stretch around your feet as easily as wool/cotton socks however after a short while any discomfort was forgotten. Personally I still prefer a thin pair of cotton socks with a slightly thicker pair of wool socks over them. Given that my boots are waterproof and windproof, I remain unconvinced that these socks bring much more to the party so I suspect they will end up at the bottom of my kit box.
Yes, windproof and warm but the socks have very thick stitching from the inside just on the line with all toe nails and the stitching is pushing against them, making the sock so uncomfortable I do not want to wear them anymore after initial 2 minutes try. Would return it but not worth a hassle for few pounds. I just wonder who tested them.
Bought these as a present for my Son to keep his feet warm in his biker boots. He said they felt really cosy and the fit was good and the material good quality.
