Essential kit, good price.

Never travel without a topbox. This one fits the bill at the right money and the Monolock system works well. Max load stated to be 3kgs but I have overshot that with no bad consequences. Only downside is absence of stretchy straps to stabilise the contents. Good product, as ever, from Givi.

Having been using a 32L Givi top box for a year already I was confident of getting another one. As I now have a bigger bike and commute I wanted something more spacious. This does the job well. I can get two full face helmets in but as they are Sena MDH-5 pods on the side I have to wiggle them a bit. When it's only me I can get my full face and my Weiss Outlaw overtrousers in without too much difficulty. The one thing I'm not so happy about is the closing system. On my smaller box it feels much more secure having a substantial catch as well as the lock. On this one it is only the lock itself, it works well enough though. It seems to be quite watertight though I haven't done more than 30 mins in the rain with it.
