I wanted a matching 2 piece motorcycling over suit and had already decided on the Held product range from various reviews and recommendations. The only difference was in the sizes. If it was for casual/hiking wear then I'm sure normal clothes sizes would apply. However, for a 2XL leather/textile jacket (47" chest) the 2XL is a snug fit which I am happy with. Excellent quality, matches the Held tempest over pants, and for support from SBS returns dept. Well recommended company and product range.
Performance? Still dry I'm afraid.

Has kept me dry on my commute over leathers. I had to remove the inbuilt hood as it made the collar too thick behind my neck, but otherwise seems to do the trick.

Does keep me dry commuting in the rain. Size M fits well over same size leather jacket. Feels well made / good quality.

Fantastic waterproofs

Wore these along with the matching trousers in near torrential rain and gale conditions for about an hour and twenty minutes when collecting my new bike on January 9th! Whilst my Gore-tex gloves soaked through, these kept me completely dry and warm despite the conditions. No sign of internal condensation either, so the breathability seems to be good. Well made and sturdy, great fit over my leathers (True to sizing), good reliable waterproofs. Pricey, but I can't recommend highly enough.
