Good buy, amazing customer support!

Comfortable, good helmet. Pinlock and sun blind is great. Noisy, so ear plugs required, especially at the windy weather. I managed to break the visor button in first 15 minutes, which is odd. The customer support sent button replacement immediately after my call.

Was cursing when I broke the button on my Shark thinking it would be a new visor but NO! Good old Sportsbikeshop came up with the goods, a replacement button!
Arrived quickly, was dead easy to install so my kid was back on the road in no time at all!!

The helmet itself is perfect

I've had my Shark S900 for three months, the helmet itself is perfect. However after a long ride (70miles on a 125 is far!) the button on the right of my visor snapped. After contacting SBS they swiftly sent out the replacement, easy to install, metal ones would most likely be more durable but the quality is still pretty good.

Note: Two in a pack
