The Continental ContiRoadAttack 2 tyre uses revolutionary new to market technologies in grip, safety and dynamics. A tactile tread surface that uses micro-roughness on the tread optimises mechanical adhesion to the road, offering the safest and fastest tyre break-in available. As with many tyres in the Continental range, this tyre uses Continuous Compound Technology; this is designed to improve mileage through wear resistance and no jump in grip levels towards the shoulder of the tyre. The Dynamic Ride Technology (DRT) has been developed to improve handling and control, this is comprised of a patented steel belt and a unique contour. Continental have used their Black Chili rubber compound in the ContiRoadAttack 2 which provides a quick warm-up time and superior cold and wet weather grip.
