Now on my fifth set, these are a great alternative to trail tyres that come on Triumph Tigers or Transalps. Good wear and grip in all conditions.

Good tyre

I ordered this tyre early in the afternoon on a Friday only to get a puncture on the way home Friday night. Never mind I thought, I have a tyre coming tomorrow. But alas it did not arrive until Monday. Maybe next day does not include Saturdays.

The compound of the Avon Roadrider has been specially formulated to give excellent road holding in both the wet and dry. The actual carcass design gives the tyre a large footprint at all angles instilling confidence in the rider. All Roadriders are V speed rated, that is manufactured for speeds up to 149mph (240kph), further reinforces the tyres high performance credentials.
