Solid but short

The chain itself is very thick and solid but short. So you would have to put your back wheel next to a thin post to chain it to it.
The padlock isn't very thick so that is probably what would get cut first by a thief.

A heavyweight chain to add to your bikes security arsenal! It doubles up as a small boat anchor, but above all its as tough as it gets and is a great deterrent.
Always lock the rear wheel!

Beefy and intimidating

As you'd expect a solid heavy lock. Peace of mind, but not to be carried around. Any lock can eventually be broken, but this I think will give the bad guys the hardest time. Delivered with a bit of wear/scratches on lock on chain - probably returned by another customer.

Bought this chain after having my XMax stolen. So far I haven't had a problem. The chain is ice spray tested, resistant to cutters, saw and drills. Length of 120cm is just long enough to lock it around shock absorber and wheel, but no chance you could lock it around a lamp post.
