R&G Racing Yoshimura R-77 Exhaust Protector - Black

The securing clip fouled the swingarm on a 2012 Fireblade. I moved it lower down the can to avoid this but I don't think its now in an ideal position.

I personally am unsure as to whether this product would function as intended during a crash. I think the forces on the crash protection would just push it off the end of the exhaust due to the fixing method (jubilee clip) and the shape of the Yoshi R77. Other exhausts may differ. Also the tightening part of the clip fouled on the swing arm slightly. (CBR1000 RR8)

Dropped the bike after a stall and after picking her back up I looked down and immediately thought thank god I had the piece of mind to fit R & G.

A small scuff on the R & G exhaust protector and small scuff on the fairing slider.

It essentially saved me £1200 worth of damage so the entire cost of the R & G kit has already paid for itself.

I simply wouldn't be without it on any bike.
